Crossfit for Speech

We invite you to the new project “Crossfit for Speaking”

This is a regular training aimed at developing the speech apparatus, breathing and voice so that public speaking skills are sustainable.

What we will do:

  • Warming up the speech apparatus and preparing it for speeches;
  • Breathe properly and learn to control breathing;
  • Strengthen the voice so that it has a brighter color, is diverse and strong;
  • Hone the clarity of pronunciation so that it becomes habitual.

Duration – 1 hour 20 minutes.
